The growing demand for living space in Luxembourg’s central urban area necessitates compact floor plans.

To ensure maximum comfort, we organized the Wercollier 2 building into three blocks, sharing a common basement and parking area. This structure increases the façade area and therefore the amount of natural light for all residents.

Large windows and terraces within the natural stone volumes make the apartments appear much larger and more spacious.

The Wercollier residences are named after the renowned Luxembourgish sculptor, Lucien Wercollier.
