The project is expressed through a strong concept: the buildings are angled towards the access road to create high-quality views and spaces for each apartment unit. The outdoor spaces are used rationally to create private and semi-private green areas for residents. The building’s orientation allows for optimal access to natural light, and the facade design, with its setback created by continuous balconies, helps manage overheating. This also provides the advantage of creating visual separation from neighboring properties while extending the living spaces of the apartments. The materials used convey the architectural quality visually, employing stone, wood, and other durable materials. Every detail in the common areas, from lighting to decor, is carefully considered to provide high-quality and inviting spaces for the residents.
